Warranties

Warranty coverage is limited to the parameters of our most recently published warranty document. Innovation or revision may materially change the warranty, and in certain instances, under certain conditions the warranty may become amended or null & void. e-DATA may adjust warranty documentation in an appropriate time frame.

Compliancies

Certain authorities having jurisdiction may uniquely require additional certification or inspection of e-DATA products beyond the scope of those obtained by e-DATA. Certification and inspection requirements may materially change, and in certain instances, under certain conditions these certifications and inspections may become amended or null & void. In such instances, compliancy may become the sole responsibility of the reseller and/or end user.

Brand, privacy

Any usage of e-DATA marks, forms, formats, shapes, styles, methods or other identifying representations is forbidden without written permission from e-DATA. e-DATA does not release any client information to any other party.
